Wednesday’s shot is of the moon rising prettily over the shoulder of a freshly snow-coated DoubletopMountain, just south of Crested Butte. We saw clouds and light snow filtering down throughout the day, Tuesday. This morning we’re under clear skies with mostly calm conditions and temps once again in the brisk range on the Gunnison Country. Gunnison has the low this morning, showing fifteen below zero, Taylor Park is at six below, SchofieldPass is at four below, CB South is at thirteen below and the top of Gold Link is at one degree above zero. When the sun hits this morning, temps will recover quickly, and head for a forecasted high in the mid twenties by this afternoon. It’s going to be a beautiful day out there!
