We’re starting Thursday clear and cool on the Gunnison Country today. With no clouds to keep the heat in this morning, our temps are in the teens below on the valley floor. Temps will warm as the sun pops up and we’re forecasted for increasing clouds with a chance of snow late this afternoon and overnight.
Today’s shot is an early-morning vista of the high country backing the town of Mt. Crested Butte. The first light is just touching the peaks of Treasury and Treasure mountains back there, just getting the day underway.
